With reference to your call, please find attached the claim and vendor form as discussed. Please complete and return with a copy of your ACOPS / Gas Safe certification and public liability.
Once all information is received, I can pre-approve you for warranty on the proviso you agree to attend the next training course once a place becomes available. You will be added to a waiting list and contacted in due course.
Once the claim is approved you will receive a claim reference number and an allotted time allowance for labour. Please ensure the claim reference number is included on the invoice. Any parts required will be dispatched accordingly.
Our labour rate is £35 per hour exc VAT. We do not cover call out or diagnostic fees.
