In order to help us get your Fridge working, we need some more information from you.

Any faults with the fridge should be referred to your supplying dealer who will be able to rectify the problem, under warranty if applicable.

Are you seeing any fault codes on the screen? There should be a picture of a spanner and a number next to it. If so, please advise us or your service dealer of the number, along with the model of the Fridge, which will help determine the problem.

Some models (N3000 LED series) do not have an LCD screen, so show fault codes in a different manner. If a fault exists on the fridge, the temperature bars should flash and the power button will light up red. In this state, pressing the Left, Right and confirm buttons, as per the image below will tell you the fault in coded form on the temperature bars. Please make a note of which bars light up from left to right (1 to 5).
N3000 E DiagnosticIf there are no fault codes displayed, the problem may be external to the Fridge. Firstly, please ensure the van is perfectly level. This is critical, as our Fridges need to be within 3° of vertical. Secondly, please check to make sure your gas supply and electricity hook-up are properly connected as necessary.
