To determine what causes the leakage at your toilet, please ask the customer to do the following test:
Fill the waste holding tank fully up with water. Put the tank on one side, met the sliding cover off, so that the area where the lip seal is located becomes visible.
Where exactly is water leaking, please send us a picture of this location.
If the leakage is not from the waste holding tank, we will advise you further on.
